Using no more than your Internet connection and the DesignCorp HelpMate software, you can initiate a support session instantly.
Security is guaranteed:
• Sessions can ONLY be initiated by the client• Remote support sessions time-out and lock down the system after
a set period of time
• The client side user has the ability to stop a sessions at any moment.
• Unique control keys, necessary for a session are generated at the
client side and can never be reused
• All communications between the DesignCorp tech and your computer
are protected by a symmetric block cipher Encryption Algorithm
called Blowfish.
To initiate a remote session:
1• Click the Get Help button (The UserMate software will
download to your desktop)
2• Double click the UserMate icon 3• Click anywhere in the blue screen.
4• Click the Share My Screen button.
